ARRIVAL AND PICKUP

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and until you can escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking area is crowded. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take any chances with on your student running unsupervised to and from your car.

STUDENTS PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Codecraft Works will not be responsible for ANY items that may be damaged, lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

MAKEUP POLICY

There will be no refunds for classes missed, including scheduled holidays. Due to a limited number of seats in each program and ideal teacher to student ratios, missed classes or clubs will not result in make-up class credits, prorated tuition, or refunds. We understand that sometimes things happen, but our facilities and staff are trained and maintained to provide a safe and outstanding learning environment based on program enrollment.

DROP PROCEDURE

To cancel your subscription and drop your course, log in to your My Account and Settings page.  From this page you can cancel recurring membership subscriptions, see you orders, and update your payment information. If you need assistance to drop a course, PARENTS MUST NOTIFY Codecraft Works via email, regular postal mail, or hand-delivered letter to our front desk with a thirty (30) days written notice. Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days.

INCLEMENT WEATHER OR PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY

In the event of inclement weather or a public health emergency (PHE), it is the policy of Codecraft Works to remain open during most periods of inclement weather; however, where extraordinary circumstances warrant, due to weather, PHE, or other unforeseen business interruption, the company reserves the right to cancel services, and/or reschedule in-person programs for remote / online programs.

BILLING AUTHORIZATION

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties. You authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft, or credit card account. I understand that a 30 day written notice is required to terminate billing unless cancellation is done by the member online, and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es). Should you dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

You have up until 30 days prior to the start of your session to cancel to receive a refund of the tuition less the non-refundable $50 processing fee. Should you need to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled start date, a program credit will be issued to you unless a waitlisted child can be served or an extreme hardship – death, etc or the like, has befallen the family.
