Rules, Terms, Policies & Procedures

MAKEUP POLICY

We do not offer refunds, class credits, or prorated tuition for classes missed, including scheduled holidays. We understand that sometimes things happen, but our staff are trained to provide a safe and outstanding virtual learning environment based on program enrollment. In the rare event that a class needs to be rescheduled for all students, Codecraft Works will contact all families enrolled in advance to schedule a makeup date. 

DROP PROCEDURE

Codecraft virtual programs are paid in full at the start of each new term. We do not offer refunds or prorated tuition for partially attended programs. If you still need to drop a program, please notify Codecraft Works via email or by phone at (321) 209 – 4674. You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes whether or not your child attends them. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. 

BILLING AUTHORIZATION

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that: 
  1.  any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information you supply is true and complete,
  2. charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or financial institution, and,
  3. you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties. You authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge your ACH draft, or credit card account. You understand that a 30 day advance notice prior to the program’s start date is required to terminate and refund billing, and you are  responsible for payment whether or not your student attends classes.
Should you dispute a charge through your financial institution, this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

You have up until 30 days prior to the start of your program to cancel and receive a refund of the tuition, minus a non-refundable $50 processing fee. Should you need to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled start date, a program credit will be issued to you unless a waitlisted child can be served or an extreme hardship – death, illness, etc. has befallen the family.
