Happy New Year, Codecrafters! We hope that you all had a relaxing and joyous holiday season. We are so excited to get back into the swing of things as our educational opportunities are only expanding. However, before we get started, we’d like to welcome three new employees joining the Codecraft team this year: Chuck Graudins, James Hudson, and Michelle Delahou. You’ll be seeing these friendly new faces either at our school clubs, our Codecraft Works main campus, or both! We’re excited to have them on our team, and know they’ll only help push us toward a successful and impactful year.
New Year, New(ish) Codecraft
As previously stated, our educational opportunities are expanding this year and we’re starting right away. This month (January) we are starting our first Homeschool Python series. In this series, older beginners and intermediate coders will gain an understanding of the different tools in Object-Oriented Coding Languages through the creation of small-scale projects. Through this course, you’ll learn why we code and explore the real-world applications of coding. Interested? Sign up here
. We’re also offering field trips and staycations! If you or your class have ever wanted to learn more about Codecraft Works and our services, you can book a half day with us. If you can’t make it to us, don’t fret: we can bring CCW to your classroom! With portable projects available, we’ll bring the instruction, while your students will bring the imagination. All field trips and staycations will be hands-on coding experiences with your students’ education and creativity in mind. We’re also partnering with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of Brevard, and allowing them to come to us to earn their STEM badges. We’ll cover a variety of topics, from Game Development to Invention Literacy. Scouts won’t want to miss this. Want to check us out? Please visit this link

With so much happening this year, we want to thank you
, the Codecraft community members who make all of this possible. We can’t wait to get this year started, and thank you for joining us in starting this exciting new chapter.
